The claims can be accepted to our company service department, only with completed claim notification form and attached to the returning shipment. Warranty claims are to be sent on the cost of Sender.
Repaired products shall be sent back to the Customer, on Platinet’s expense.

Discrepancies in delivery, Damaged or missing goods
All disrepancies shall be notified immediately after receiving the goods, not later than 2 working days after delivery. Claims notified after this period will not be accepted. The claim is notified only when the DISCREPANCY PROTOCOL is property filled in and sent to the service department by email, or fax: (+48) 12 651 05 74

Return of goods
Returns shall be notified immediately after delivery, and not later than 7 days after delivery. Returns require to be accepted by Platinet S.A. In case of the return made more than 30days after delivery, the returned goods value is decreased by 10%. Apart of returns caused by our fault, the transport cost related with the shipment back to Platinet S.A. warehouse are to be covered by the Buyer. Returned Products shall have original, not opened packaging without any visible marks of usage. Returns of goods that are not able to be sold due to wrong packaging will not be accepted.
